Terms of Service

White Lotus Technology LLC ("Monster," "we," "us," or "our") operates Monster.bet and the MonsterGPT mobile app. These Terms govern your use of our websites, apps, research tools, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

1. Using Monster

Monster provides sports and prediction-market research, AI-assisted analysis, projections, historical model results, arbitrage information, and trader activity tools. You are responsible for your account, the information you provide, and decisions you make using the Services. Do not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.

You must be at least 18 years old and meet the age requirements in your location to use the Services. Any betting or market activity must also comply with the applicable provider's eligibility rules and local laws. Access to Monster does not establish eligibility to use a third-party betting or trading service.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. The checkout shows the plan, price, currency, billing period, and any applicable offer before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the billing provider's rules. Canceling renewal normally preserves access until the current paid period ends; an approved refund or revocation may end access earlier.

Purchases through Apple

• Apple processes in-app purchases and charges the Apple Account used at checkout. Monster uses RevenueCat to verify purchases and synchronize membership access.
• Manage, change, or cancel an Apple subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Monster, or open Apple subscription management. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal.
• Apple determines when a plan change takes effect. A downgrade normally takes effect at the next renewal, while an upgrade may take effect immediately. Review Apple's confirmation before accepting a change.
• To request a refund for an Apple purchase, use Apple's refund process. Apple reviews and decides these requests, subject to applicable law. Monster cannot issue an Apple refund directly.
• Restore purchases checks for eligible purchases on your Apple Account and synchronizes access. It does not create a new charge, cancel a subscription, or issue a refund. Sign in to the Monster account associated with your purchase; contact support if the purchase is linked to a different Monster account.
• The iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Purchases through Whop

Whop processes web purchases under its Terms of Service. Manage or cancel these subscriptions in your Whop memberships. For a Whop payment or refund request, contact Monster support or use Whop's purchase support. Eligibility is subject to the purchase terms and applicable law.

Apple and Whop subscriptions are separate billing agreements. Purchasing through both providers can result in charges from both; cancel each subscription you no longer want with its provider. A change or cancellation with one provider does not cancel the other.

3. Account deletion

In the mobile app, open Settings → Delete account and follow the confirmations. You can also request help at team@monster.bet. Deletion removes your Monster account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy and cancels linked Whop memberships handled by the deletion flow.

Deleting Monster or your Monster account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it through Apple separately. Account deletion does not delete your Apple, Google, or Whop account. If a connected financial account requires additional closure steps, contact support to complete them.

4. Research, risk, and third-party services

Our content is for information and research, not financial advice or a guarantee of any result. AI-generated content, projections, odds, and market data may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Verify information before acting. Past results and testimonials do not predict your results. Arbitrage opportunities can change and involve fees, liquidity, execution, and settlement risks.

Betting and trading can cause losses. You are responsible for your decisions and should never risk money you cannot afford to lose. Third-party sites and providers have their own terms, privacy policies, geographic restrictions, and account requirements. Monster is not responsible for their availability, transactions, or outcomes.

5. Availability and warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
