Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 3, 2026
White Lotus Technology LLC ("Monster," "we," "us," or "our") operates Monster.bet and the MonsterGPT mobile app. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our websites, apps, and related services.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your account identifier, name or username, email address, authentication-provider identifiers, and an optional profile photo. Apple may supply a private relay email if you select Hide My Email. Your login provider processes its own credentials; we receive authentication results rather than your Apple or Google password.
- Preferences and content: onboarding answers, favorite sports or teams, saved traders and wallets, notification preferences, research questions, conversation history, and feedback or support messages you send us. A question may contain personal information if you include it; do not send passwords, payment credentials, or other sensitive information in chat.
- Purchase information: your plan, billing provider, product and transaction identifiers, purchase and renewal dates, subscription status, and credit usage. Apple and Whop process payments. We receive the information needed to confirm access and handle billing support, rather than your full payment card number from Apple.
- Device and service information: IP address, device or browser type, operating system and app version, request and error logs, and information needed to operate and troubleshoot the service. If you enable notifications, we store a push notification token and delivery preferences linked to your account.
- Website activity: pages and interactions, referral and campaign information, and cookie or similar identifiers used by our website's analytics and advertising integrations. External checkout and linked websites may collect additional information under their own policies.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, maintain your account, personalize your research experience, answer research questions, save history and preferences, verify purchases, apply membership permissions and credit allowances, deliver requested notifications, and respond to support requests. We also use service information to diagnose errors, prevent abuse, secure accounts, and improve the service.
Website analytics and advertising integrations help us understand acquisition and measure campaigns. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Transactional messages and responses to your requests are separate from promotional messages.
3. Service providers and sharing
We use providers for hosting and databases, authentication, AI processing, payments, subscription verification, notifications, analytics, and customer communications. They receive information needed to perform those functions. For example:
- Apple, Google, or Whop authenticates the sign-in method you select. Google's sign-in SDK may process account contact details, including a phone number used with your Google account, user and device identifiers, usage and technical information, and an approximate location inferred from your IP address for authentication, fraud prevention, and service analytics. This does not give Monster access to your Google password or require precise GPS location. See Google's sign-in data disclosures.
- Apple and Whop process purchases, and RevenueCat verifies Apple transactions and associates purchase status with your Monster account identifier.
- AI processing providers, including DeepSeek and Google Gemini, receive the questions, selected research context, and relevant conversation history needed to generate responses. The mobile app asks for your explicit permission before enabling AI research.
- Push delivery providers receive your device's notification token and notification content when notifications are enabled.
Our website uses analytics and advertising services, including Google and Meta, which may receive browser identifiers, campaign information, activity, and purchase-related information for measurement. Advertising identifiers or hashed contact information can be used to match activity with information held by those providers. Browser or privacy controls may limit these technologies. This website activity is distinct from Apple's purchase processing.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and our rights, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy requirements. Linked third-party services operate under their own privacy policies.
4. Device permissions and choices
You can change notification permission in your device settings and notification preferences in Monster. You choose whether to add a profile photo; the app uses the photo you select rather than requiring access to your entire photo library. You can manage browser cookies and tracking protections through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect login or other functionality.
5. Retention and account deletion
We retain account information and saved content while needed to provide the service, and retain billing, security, or support records where needed for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
To delete your account, open Settings → Delete account in the mobile app, or contact team@monster.bet. The deletion flow removes the Monster account, associated sign-in links, saved content and preferences, and the associated RevenueCat customer record. Limited records, including hashed identifiers used to prevent delayed billing events from recreating a deleted account, may be retained for fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute handling. Backups and third-party records may follow their own retention cycles.
Account deletion does not delete your Apple, Google, or Whop account, or erase payment records the billing provider must retain. Cancel Apple subscriptions separately through Apple; deleting your account does not stop Apple billing. See our Terms for subscription management.
6. Your privacy requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or restrict or object to uses of your information, including advertising-related sharing. Contact team@monster.bet with your request. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security, international processing, and children
We use safeguards designed to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, subject to applicable data protection requirements. Monster is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and address it.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest revision.
