Monster Support

Need help with MonsterGPT or Monster.bet? Email team@monster.bet. You do not need a Whop account or an active subscription to contact us.

Include your Monster account email, what happened, your device and app version, and a screenshot if helpful. For billing questions, tell us whether you purchased through Apple or Whop. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or full payment card details.

Apple subscriptions

Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Monster to view your Apple subscription, change plans, or cancel renewal. You can also open Apple subscription management.

If you paid but do not see access, sign in to the Monster account you used for the purchase and tap Settings → Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Restore checks existing purchases; it does not charge you again, cancel billing, or issue a refund. If the app says your purchase belongs to another account, contact us before buying again.

Apple reviews refund requests for purchases it processes. Request an Apple refund.

Whop subscriptions

Manage or cancel web purchases in your Whop memberships. For missing access or a refund question, email us with the account email and order identifier, if available.

If you have subscriptions through both Apple and Whop, they are billed separately. Use Manage subscription in Monster to choose the provider, and cancel each subscription you no longer want.

Login and account deletion

Use the same sign-in method you used when creating your Monster account. If you selected Apple's Hide My Email, your account may use an Apple relay address. Your billing email can differ from your Monster login email.

To delete your account, open Settings → Delete account and follow the confirmations. The flow cancels linked Whop memberships and removes your Monster account and associated data. Cancel Apple subscriptions separately through Apple before deleting your account. Deleting the app or account does not stop Apple billing. If you cannot sign in or need help closing a connected account, email us.
